Ashley catered a wonderful affair at my home (in Winchester, KY) in honor of my son who was getting married in Minnesota. She had the most wonderful, elegant barbecue imaginable. I just wish I had another event to have her organize in the future.

Ashley & Co handled my daughter Sarah's wedding on December 29, 2007. Ashley was very professional and is great at dealing with vendors and getting everything ordered and set up. The wedding was beautiful as well as the reception. The reception was held at a location separate from the church and everything was set up and ready for the wedding party. We had a meal and it was amaaaazing! Everyone commented on how great the food was. The servers were very friendly and professional and kept everything well stocked. It is wonderful to enjoy the special time of your daughter's wedding and with Ashley taking care of the planning and setting it up, I got to enjoy those special moments.

Simply put - you were great and everyone thought it was all my doing. But I give credit where credit is due and I cannot thank you enough (mostly for keeping my sister in check - or so it appeared). You made sure everything stayed in line with what Robert and I wanted while juggling two very controlling personalities (me and my sis)! Your assistance and your assistants were courteous and professional, laid-back but stayed on top of everything! And considering our timeline for the reception went a bit askew, it all went very smoothly.
