Ceremony Coordination

Starts at $250

Before Ceremony:
Initial consultation with the Bride and Groom
Preparation of a timeline for Wedding Party Assistance with preparing ceremony agenda Direct the rehearsal (limited to 1 hour)

Day-of-Wedding (limited to 3 hours):
Direct any pre-ceremony photos and/or activities Direct the ceremony

After Ceremony (limited to 2 hours):
Oversee removal of décor from venue
Assist with directing guests to Reception
Oversee Bride & Groom’s departure to Reception

Day-of-Wedding Reception Coordination

Starts at $400

Before Reception:
Initial consultation with the Bride and Groom Preparation of a timeline for Vendors
Confirm with all Vendors arrangements

Day-of-Reception:
Assist with any decorating venue
Oversee all vendor deliveries and/or arrivals
Distribute final vendor payments
Direct the reception
Coordinate the collection of gifts received
Load gifts into designated vehicle

After Reception:
Facilitate the Bride and Groom’s departure
Cleanup after departure of guests/attendants

Month-of-Wedding Coordination

Starts at $750

Before Day-of-Wedding:
Initial consultation with the Bride and Groom Three pre-wedding planning hours of professional assistance and/or advice (usually three one-hour meetings 30, 15, & 7 days from the event date)
Preparation of a timeline for Wedding
Confirm with all Vendors arrangements
Assistance with preparing Ceremony agenda Direct the Ceremony rehearsal (limited to 1 hour)

Day-of-Wedding:
Direct any pre-ceremony photos and/or activities Direct the Ceremony Assist with decorating venue (minimum of two Wedding Coordinators on staff) Oversee all Vendor deliveries and/or arrivals Distribute final Vendor payments
Direct the Reception
Coordinate the collection of gifts received
Load gifts into designated vehicle

After Ceremony & Reception:

Mailing out invitations
Tracking RSVP’s
Review vendor contracts
Wedding design & décor
Attire, paper goods, favor, and/or menu selection Site/vendor visits
Guest accommodations
Etiquette
Budget development and implementation Preparation of a customized budget, checklist, and timeline for the Bride and Groom
Preparation of a timeline for Wedding
